Renee D. Duval is the managing attorney of the Dover, Delaware office with Gonser and Gonser, P.A. where she practices exclusively in the area of family law.  She handles both civil and criminal matters in the Family Court.  Renee has experience with complex divorce and custody matters, including relocation cases.  Her practice also includes guardianship, adoption and dependency/neglect cases.  In addition, Renee has participated in Protection From Abuse (PFA) cases and criminal defense.

Renee is a trained mediator by the Superior Court and can mediate civil matters.  She can also draft stipulated settlement agreements, negotiate and draft prenuptial agreements and prepare Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs).

Renee has over 14 years of experience practicing law. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate of a boutique firm in Wilmington, Delaware, where she focused on family law, wills, contracts and personal injury. Renee has a diverse legal background.  With prior firms, she handled debt collection matters and incorporated businesses for clients.
