Matthew C. Buckworth

Matthew is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Thereafter, Matthew attended Widener University School of Law (n/k/a Delaware Law School) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor.

Upon graduation from law school, Matt served as a judicial law clerk in New Castle County Superior Court for the Honorable Vivian L. Medinilla. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as an Associate for a private law firm whereby he practiced criminal law in various Delaware courts, and later as a Deputy Attorney General in the Criminal Division for the Delaware Department of Justice. In addition to working as an Associate with the firm, Matt is an Adjunct Professor at the Delaware Law School, whereby he teaches Pre-Trial Methods: Criminal and Legal Methods.
