Nichole Gannett

After twelve years of experience as a prosecutor for the Delaware Department of Justice, Nichole Gannett currently practices civil Family Law in Kent and Sussex County Delaware.

Nichole grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Ursinus College in Collegeville in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a minor in Media and Communications. Nichole entered the workforce for five years thereafter. She then decided that the practice of law was where she wanted to be, began her legal studies in 2010 at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2013 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Nichole later moved to Delaware, which has felt like home ever since she set foot in our state. She worked with the Delaware Department of Justice from 2013 until 2025 when she then joined Gonser and Gonser, P.A. During her free time, Nichole enjoys kickboxing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Nichole has been a member of the Delaware Bar since 2014 and an anticipated member of the Delaware Bar Association and Family Law Section in 2025.
