Michelle R. Skoranski

Michelle R. Skoranski is a native of Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Political Science.  Thereafter, she attended Widener University Delaware Law School where she graduated cum laude. She served as the Extended Evening Division Liaison for the Student Bar Association, participated in the Alterative Dispute Resolution Society, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Following law school, Michelle served as a judicial clerk for the Family Court of New Castle County.

Michelle is currently admitted to the Bars of the State of Delaware and the State of New Jersey.  She currently practices in the areas of family law, dependency/neglect, and juvenile delinquency.

In her spare time, Michelle volunteers for the Guardianship Mentoring Program of the Office of the Public Guardian to assist and improve monitoring practices of those appointed to serve as guardians for incapacitated people in the State of Delaware.
