Emery Abdel-Latif

Emery handles all types of criminal law matters from arraignment all the way through trial and appeals. He also represents many clients in civil matters like landlord-tenant and breach of contract disputes. Emery has been practicing in all state courts in Delaware since December 2015.

Emery grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and has called Delaware home since 2015. In that time, he has learned to cherish many aspects of life in the First State. He is one of the only Muslim lawyers in private practice in Delaware. In his free time, Emery enjoys yoga, reading, and playing video games. He is on the board of directors of the West End Neighborhood House and the Choir School of Delaware.
